Castle Kids Patch needs you, Our children’s allotment is still under construction - come along to Garden & Chat every Friday to help!
We are incredibly grateful to the generous businesses, organisations, and individuals who have supported Castle Kids' Patch so far. Your donations - whether equipment, resources, funds, or time - are going to help bring this children’s allotment to life. Thanks to your kindness, the children of Stoke-sub-Hamdon will have a space to learn, grow, and connect with nature.
Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference, and we truly appreciate your support in helping our patch thrive.
Thank you so much to the Stoke Charity Shop for a generous grant given to Castle Kids' Patch for some new perrenial raised beds, these will enable us to extend the growing season and show the children how to look after long term fruit and vegetables. We are also adding in some wheelchair accessible planters, so anyone with any ability can come and enjoy the space and garden with us! Thank you again for this incredible opportunity, we are so grateful and it will make a huge difference to The Patch.
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Castle Kids' Patch has received an incredibly generous grant of £500 from the Stoke-sub-Hamdon Sports and Recreation Trust and Stoke Charity Shop.
Thanks to this support, we’ll be able to take big steps forward in developing our children’s allotment project. This funding will make a real difference to what we can offer the children, thank you so much for believing in what we’re doing!

Their support has made it possible for this project to take root, providing children with a dedicated space to learn, grow, and connect with nature.
